Can we link the Alerts box found in the Additional Info on the Patient tab with the one on the Make Appointment page on the Schedule tab?

Can we link the Alerts box found in the Additional Info on the Patient tab with the one on the Make Appointment page on the Schedule tab? I wouldn't like it as a permanent link. I like the pop up on the schedule page. We use the alert box there for things like 'no refraction today' and 'diabetic packet given'. Those could add up if they all filled up the alerts box. Are you thinking for it to show in that box instead of as a pop up? Karen

When my staff makes an appointment and enters an Alert in that box, I'd like to see it pop up when I open my medical records instead of going into the Additional Info tab and re-entering that information so it does pop up. Otherwise, I have to go into the Make Appointment window under Scheduling in order to see that alert. When I get busy, I'm just going from one record to the next and I miss these Alerts.
Is it possible to create in the defaults the option to run either based on a checkbox or such?
