I finally was cleared thru VisionWeb so I can submit my claims electronically in the new format (they had to map it or something). I submitted my first batch but it was denied I think it was because box 17 was empty. It has the doctor's name but not the DN, etc. in it. What did I do wrong or not do? Thanks in advance.

The form is automatically populated. I'm not entering the doctor's name but I do have to pick the DN, etc. Am I missing a default somewhere that will auto-populate that box? Thanks.
