Is it possible to give users an option when we click on Cancel Appointment a box that would open that requires us to document the reason of the cancellation, along with date and time the cancellation happened. Thanks!

you can add to the apportionment notes. it would be viewed in pt appointments list and can be clicked on to view...if that at all helps.
All of my employees have to document why something is being done, so we know to charge a cancellation fee or not. I am NOT going to charge a mom with a sick kid or a medical emergency/family emergency. I will also waive if they move appointment within 24 hours after, too.
Otherwise, it goes in the billing screen and mailed out.

I'd love to charge them, but they are mostly Medicaid members, so they either don't have it, or don't care, so it would do no good. But we also put the reason in the appointment notes. Karen
