It seems every time anyone steps away from thier computer for maybe 10 mintues (ie. working up a patient), when I come back to my desk Crystal gives an error message and makes me close out of Crystal all together. I lose my patient log of prev charts I have opened and its time consuming to have to shut down and re-open crystal all over again. Its been doing this since before the previous 2 updates. Super annoying!

It sounds like it could have something to do with server communication if you are having to restart crystal every time. Some of the first questions I would ask:
Is it happening on every computer? If not then its likely that the one computer it is happening on has a sleep setting or some other disconnection issue after a certain amount of idle time. If Crystal loses its connection to the server it will time out causing you to need to restart the program. Potentially try turning off your computers auto sleep time and see if it resolves the issue.
If not and it still persists I would contact customer support using the bar at the top of the Crystal screen. Just hit "support" then "Request Support". Someone will give you a call shortly after. Its a difficult issue to address on a forum like this because most of us will have our offices networked quite differently, and these variables among some others are likely to be important when resolving your issue.
I will say that we have been current with Crystal updates at each new release and we have not experienced a similar issue.
