Erica, can you give me examples of when offices are using this? I installed it on my A&P page but not sure how I'm going to use it. TIA

When will this release be available? Showing no updates available when I check. We're currently on 4.6.1.
Thank,
Mark

williamgrichey I'm not sure of specific examples since I don't use Crystal the same way you do in an office setting. General things that come up often. Maybe somebody who works in an office would be able to provide better examples. drmarkod since it's still in beta I don't have an exact ETA

Can we get this to let us set it up to select Type: also? We almost always use " Keep active until signed off"

Available in versions 4.6.8+ Hi Erica, I recently added this Task button to my AP page based on the pdf instructions, however I must have done something wrong. Now when I click the new task button, the window pops up, but all the options require me to filter first, including the "create task" button. Is there a setting to fix this? Thanks!

It sounds normal - if there are any tasks present for that patient, they will be displayed. Otherwise you can create a new task for the patient. There is also a Tasks button towards the bottom left hand corner of the main window while in records that will do the same function as the task button you created. Both are just a shortcut to the patient's tasks, not a shortcut to the tasks module. I hope that helps.

Thanks Erica..... I'm embarrassed I missed the button on the bottom left for so long. Its better than the one I created. Thank you again!
