What is your experience with AOA More for reporting MIPS?

Looking to connect with an office that is using AOA More. Our Clinical Quality Measure report percentages are not matching the AOA More dashboard percentages. We are following the tutorial provided by Crystal PM to document quality measures on the ARRA tab but the AOA More dashboard indicates we are not meeting the requirements. Fortunately we are using claims to report CQM's but we would like to rely on the AOA More Registry. Your experience with AOA More or comments are welcome. Thank you.
