In the new update, the scheduler asks if we want to reschedule an appt when it is missed or cancelled. Is there a way to turn this off or modify it? If an appt is missed, we do not reschedule because we don't know when the patient wants to reschedule. This has added an extra step which is unnecessary for our office. We also don't consider a rescheduled appt the same as a cancelled appt. so we don't need to make another appt when we cancel one. I understand the idea of tracking how many cancelled appts a pt has, but for us this is another unnecessary step. Would like the ability to turn it off, but haven't found it yet.
Thanks,
Karen

You should be able to go to Admin->Schedule->Options and turn it off - let me know if that helps.

Back again, it's turned off (by checkmark in schedule options), but still asking if I want to reschedule a cancelled appt. Why?
