Does anyone know if I can give the dr 2 breaks in one day on the schedule. He stops for lunch, comes back and then goes to another location for a little bit and then comes back again. Right now we have a "Block" appointment in the schedule but if someone deletes it by accident - he's double booked. Any suggestions? Thank you!

I guess no one joined us on our quest - but don't give up - the more this forum gets used - the more it will be used. - Arbitrary huh? - yeah, I thought that too after writing it. lol

The only locked in break you can set on the schedule is the lunch break from xtime to xtime. After that, you are correct in creating blocks. The good news is that you can see who is deleting or over writing the blocks in the user log I know there have been requests for an option to lock template appointments on an admin level but it's not currently available. I'll put it on the request list again.
