I searched through all applicable threads, but I could not find anything relevant to my concern. Is there any way to create a list of all the contact lens a doctor can choose from in Crystal?
I tried using the Contact Lens Report and the Billing Code Report, but certain fields will not populate if a given brand has not been ordered (like CooperVision Hydrasoft). I can tell from the parameter selection on the Billing Code Report that we have a wide variety of contacts in the system, but I cannot access a complete list.

It depends on where you are looking to have the list accessible from.. In the record you have to add contacts to your drop downs manually via the record template editor, and the same for the contact lens page defaults which can be edited in the Admin>Defaults page. Also in the Admin page, you can access the Billing tab which has a complete list of all your billing codes including contacts. Here you can add and remove them as well.

If it's in the Admin>Defaults, that would explain the difficulty I'm having. I don't have the permissions enabled for me to view that page. I can view the Admin>Billing page but it does not include the manufacturer of the brands. Would you be able to provide a sample screenshot of the Admin>Defaults page so I can see if it is what I need?

Sure No Problem
The Contacts Rx Defaults are where you will want to add in Manufacturers and Series for selection on the Prescriptions Tab of the either the "Record" or even on the "Patient" tab... As an aside our office often transfers data from our Contact Lens tab in the records over to the final Rx. This makes the customized button drop downs on CL tab in records more relevant than the Defaults you can set up in Admin. Setting up the F9 dropdowns and button commands to send to final Rx in the record is not really that difficult, but it does help to be somewhat tech savvy. I would maybe have someone from tech support walk you through one first to get an idea of how it works. Or you can import our Contact Lens tab (Frisco Eye Associates on the Import utility) and pick and choose what you like from it and customize as you see fit. Tech support can show you how to do this as well. Lastly, yes you will need whomever administrates the privileges in Crystal to give you access to these features so you can customize
