It seems that any time I run a report, whether it be an insurance receivable, correspondence report, inventory transaction report, etc., that the window created for the report are just too small. I find myself constantly trying to drag the window to be larger and then dragging the column so that I can read the data that was generated...otherwise I cannot see the whole date, or patient name, or frame UPC, etc.
Just estimating, it appears these windows are about 11" diagonally. Can we not make them open larger than that and the columns expanded proportionately? I doubt there are many people who are using desktop monitors less than 20" these days. I find it very time consuming to have to constantly try to drag the edge of the report window and then drag the columns wider just to see the data properly.
I expressed this concern over the eclaims windows years ago and an expansion button was put in place. While that does help to see the information in the eclaims window better, I am still unable to move the claims from one window to the other without minimizing the window first. Can you not just make the permanent window size the same as it is when expanded? There is plenty of gray, unused space on this page. Again, being unable to see the patient's full name and having to resize the columns just slows down the process of scrubbing the eclaims.
Thanks
