Allscripts/5.1.18 "pt height and weight must be entered"

Hello, we updated to 5.1.18 today and Allscripts has been throwing up all sorts of errors.

When we hit E-prescribe on the DrugRx tab, this error pops up



SUCCESS_WITH_WARNING :Success with warnings Patient height is not a valid number within the bounds (0.0 to 99999.9). Patient weight is not a valid number within the bounds (0.00 to 999.99).


I have tried entering weight and height on the ARRA tab, but it only removes the weight portion.


All scripts will not open as of now.

I am having the same issue. I can't even get into Allscripts

EPRESCRIBE HEIGHT/WEIGHT ERROR - if you are receiving this error, Allscripts has implemented a new requirement. You must have this information present on the ARRA tab in the patient's record in order to proceed. At this time, there is no way around this. We now have new versions of the Crystal program out for release for both versions 4 and 5. In Crystal, please go to Admin - Updates and click the "Check for Updates Online" button. You will either be told to download 4.7.67 or 5.1.21, which should resolve your issue.

IF YOU ARE A CRYSTAL CLOUD USER, PLEASE GO TO SUPPORT-REQUEST SUPPORT IN CRYSTAL AND LET US KNOW A GOOD TIME TO UPDATE YOUR PROGRAM. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO UPDATE THE PROGRAM YOURSELF.

Thank you.  I can comment that it has fixed the issue, after the 21 update.
