Hi,
I need the Daily Report (or something similar) to list diagnosis codes for each patient. Is there a way to edit that report? Or create a new, custom report that could be organized by patient and have all their diagnoses, charges, and payments in one place? Thanks!

Custom Invoice Report
You can customize which criteria are pulled into report by clicking the Options button at the top of report

I'm not sure where to look for that button. I forgot to clarify that I'm looking at the Daily Report -> Transaction page. The only buttons I have at the top are "Print," "Print to file," and "Excel."

So from withing the Daily Report you will not be able to do it. The Custom Invoice Report is a completely different report. Select it from the drop down rather than the daily report and then you should see the options button

Probably a dumb question, but when I do "print to file" what kind of file does it save as? I'd love to be able to save it as a spreadsheet or a pdf, but I can't find a program to read the file that doesn't turn it into gobbledegook.
