Anyone else having problems when eprescribing and processing the RX and then not having it load into the Drug RX tab in Crystal? Is this a Crystal issue or Allscripts issue?

You currently have an update available at your office. Can you update your Crystal to the latest version and if the issue is still happening, please put in a support ticket at Support - Request Support
Admin - Updates - Check for Updates Online - it should tell you that version 5.1.26 is available.

Our medications that have been eprescribed through Alscripts have not been showing in the drug rx tab either. I have done two updates in the last few days. But it is still showing release 4.7.72 after the update this morning. Should we have a newer version as well? (id 1404) We have not written any prescriptions since this update to see if it is still doing it.
