I added crystal on a windows 10 workstation laptop, but it will not connect to the server. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling but are unable to connect to the server. Help???!!! What do I do to fix it?

I also don't see MySQl file in services either.

Don't know if this will help, but.....
make sure you disable IPV 6 setting on the laptop: Go to Network and Sharing, Change adapter settings, un-check internet protocol version 6, and hit ok. Also make sure when you connect to the server you put in the server IP address vs the server name.
