Above is a link to the error my client is getting in CrystalPM when inside a patient record. They click "add medication" and that's what they see. This is happening on all their desktop computers and tablets running the client side version of CrystalPM. I've not messed with this program very much, so I do not know what this means other than an HTTP request was made and didn't go through. If anyone knows how to fix this, it would be greatly appreciated. The image is also attached in case the link doesn't work. Thanks!
Update the software - Admin->Updates->Check for updates online. This is best done in the AM assuming that the backup runs at night. If there is more than one location that connects to the database, everybody has to be out of Crystal and the RDP connection and the update needs to be done on the server.
