The doctor has 2 monitors. The right monitor is set as primary, however, she wants Crystal to open on the left monitor. We have that set up, however, the pop up alerts and the pop up to log in still opens on the primary (right) monitor. Is there a way so that everything opens on the left monitor?
Thanks

I have similar situation. Left is primary. Crystal and all it's pop ups open on primary monitor. In addition, the pop ups and report windows all open at the top of the monitor. I would prefer them to open where the main window is, but I have not found a setting for that. I'll be watching to see if there is a solution!

So, I could be mistaken, but I believe the way it works is Windows can remember the last location of a program or app which is why the main Crystal window opens where it should.. However, pop ups from within said program or app, like the login screen for crystal, are subject to the coding from within the application which most likely has a particular X and Y axis on monitor from which pop up windows are assigned a location.
If Crystal is the main culprit for this pop up frustration, which I imagine it is since there the pop ups are plentiful within Crystal, then I would set the primary monitor to which ever one you plan on having Crystal up on. depending on what you are using the other monitor for that could totally solve the issue. If you are running another program on the other monitor that also has pop ups and dialog boxes coded the way Crystal does you may be out of luck
