We have had this issue for months but it got worse recently. Had our IT team remove those updates and we still get our Crystal freezing, failing to print to files with the Crystal PM printer, and kicking us out of Crystal completely. This is very frustrating for our busy front desk!! If anyone else is having this issue please report it. Thanks!!

Yes, we've had the issue also. We use voip faxing and Crystal stopped printing to that printer driver, freezing up, shutting down Crystal unexpectedly. The work-around for me is print to a pdf, then I can fax from the pdf. Not as convenient as I would like, certainly.

This may be related to a bad windows update: There is actually two potential updates that broke the print spooler, KB4557957 for Windows 10 version 2004 and KB4560960 for Windows 10 version 1909/1903. To fix, you may need to go in and remove the two updates listed above. To do this, click on your start menu and type updates Select View your Update History Click Uninstall Updates In the upper right-hand corner there is a search bar for Search Installed Updates copy/paste KB4557957 If you have that update right-click the row and uninstall. copy/paste KB4560960 If you have that update right-click the row and uninstall. Thank you Erica but we have already removed these two updates off of all of our systems and it hasn't resolved the issues.

My staff is also getting this problem with printing and freezing/locking out. I have tried resetting the connections but they are still getting issues. Any news on this problem or pdf guides I can email them now to resolve it?

Our issues have stopped since we updated to version 5 of Crystal.

Yes, I also noticed it a few months back but I agree after the launch of the updated version, it resolved.

Dymo 450 Turbo - Says it's out of paper and the blue light won't stop blinking. Have changed paper. Have cleaned printer to ensure no particles are left. have unistalled and reistalled drivers. all to no avail Anyone have experience?

I tried to print transaction history receipt for a self-pay patient and it's coming up blank (selected "print full trans his" and I've never had an issue before). I tried selecting the items I want to print and chose "Print Selected Trans" (which I've also never had a problem doing before), and it still comes up blank. Help.
