We are trying to use the waiting list now and have a couple questions/requests. 1) The date field seems to change when the request is accessed/edited. Then we can't tell which request was first, second, third, etc. We'd like to see who has been waiting longest. 2) Why do the entries turn pink/white? What does pink denote? 3) if we set an appt for a patient, then add them to the waiting list for an earlier appointment, what happens if we convert to appointment? Should we use that or just delete the entry? We don't need duplicate appointments. 4) Is there any way to make the request more specific? Like 'after 2pm'? or just by adding notes? Would appreciate any tips on using the WL. Tempted right now to go back to notes on a notepad. Karen
