We have upgraded to V5 and having a few issues. One of the biggest issues we are having is that the "Change Record Date" function is not working. We go through the same process as we did prior to the update, and while the chart closes, when you reenter the chart, the date has not changed. This affects us in finalizing contact lenses, correcting errors on our record reviews, and updating A/P information after receiving additional documentation. Can we get this fixed please?

Agreed, we're having the same issue. It affects us in that we pull medical history from the online form and save when we see it come through, but we have to go in to change the date when they come in for their exam. This is creating extra work for us since we have so many new patients we're seeing right now and requiring all new patients to do online forms.
