How does everyone handle a frame warranty (new frame is ordered to replace broken frame) and keeping inventory properly tracked? What is the easiest way to remove the new frame from inventory?

We created a billing code for warranty replacements for frames and lenses. The frame warranty code works just as the regular frame cpt in order to track in inventory. The code is also categorized as Frame. Hope this helps you, it works for us.
