For anyone that is using my template, I had to make some changes after updating to version 5 (5.40). The Add Medication and Show All/Show Active buttons associated with the Medications List disappeared. Then I got several pop-up warnings for duplicate fields when I went to edit my template to see what the problem was.
These are the fields that are duplicated. The duplicate field is directly on top of the original so (after backing up!) just go in and edit the template (clear all the pop-ups) and click on the field to highlight it and delete it. The original will remain.

The Add Medication and Show All/Show Active buttons are not displaying on top now so they are covered by the Allergy List Box. You will have to move the Allergy List box and the Add Allergy button down so you can see them. However, the buttons do not show up until you save your changes and they display below the Medication List box on the template so you need to leave a blank space between the Medication List box and the Allergy List box.
I also have updated my ICD10 diagnosis code file for 2021 and will post that in a new thread when I get another break.
