How to change in record drop down items

Been a long time since set up. Forget how to edit my drop down lists........any help?

When on the Records tab there should be a new menu up top titled "EHR Settings". Click on that and then click on "Edit Medical Record Templates". A new window labeled "Edit Records" will pop up. Leave it alone for now, but don't close it. Find the drop-down list that you want to edit and take note of the FID in parentheses next to it. Go back to the "Edit Records" window and look for the field with the matching FID for the drop-down list that you want to edit and click on it to highlight it. On the right side of the window below a text box that contains the items for the drop-down list, you should see buttons for adding, removing, and moving items within the list. To edit the text of an item you just need to double click on the text that you want to edit. To move an item click it once to highlight it and click on the "Up" or "Down" buttons to move it in the list. Once you are done editing go back to the main Crystal window and click the button at the bottom labeled "Stop Editing and Save Changes To Database" to keep the changes.
