We have three offices and this problem is only in one office. We are cloud based. Surprisingly this is the office with the fastest internet......When not using the system for about 10 minutes, the system freezes and we have to turn off the program and restart. Any thoughts?

Having issues with CPM freezing also - I don't think we are on the Cloud. One coworker just brings up a new CPM screen and kicks her self off the pt and starts over.

Funny you should mention that....My session just froze up when I clicked the OnlinePortal button in a pt file...

Is there a problem with the Crystal PM server? Can't upload CL info to the portal; trying to use AllScripts & update program causes it to crash.
