The only way I know to do this without using a button is by using clinical decisions. For example when I enter a spec rx of +1.00 od and -1.00 os on the refraction tab over on the assessment and plan tab diagnosis one is automatically populated with hypermetropia, right and diagnosis two is automatically populated with myopia, left. No problems there. But, I also somehow set up my template to populate plan one with "Return in 1 year, Rx released". I no longer want it to do this automatically but I can't for the life of me figure out how I got it to do that in the first place! It doesn't seem as though this is an option with clinical decisions? I've spent the past few hours playing with this to no avail. If anyone has any thoughts that might point me in the right direction it would be much appreciated!
