How do you print out a specific record/summary from a given day? We had an appointment on Monday and I need to print out the record and send it to a specialist.

While you are in the record go to "File" in the upper left and choose "Print Page". That should do it. It will only print the tab you are on so you will have to go to each tab if you want to print more info. Hope this helps!

Is there a way to print out an "At a Glance" Summary. I am looking for a 1-page document that lists the patient name, dob, acuity, IOP, refraction and the assessment and plan. In a perfect world, there would also be a blank paragraph where the doctor printing can free write a couple of sentences as well regarding the reason for the summary (i.e. endocrinologist wants a report, PCP needs a report, referring for cataract surgery, etc).

There isn't a report that does this currently that i have found. But, you could create a "Summary" tab in the records and have all of those things populate from other parts of the record if it is something you use a lot. Then you would be able to print it as needed. |
