Printing address labels for high revenue patients

I would like to be able to create address labels for our high revenue patients for a frame show. I am able to run a schedule report and print address labels perfectly that way, but I do not want to print labels for everyone. I am able to run a report for  the top 10% high revenue patients (who I want the labels for) but there is no option to print labels from this report. I tried exporting to excel, but excel does not separate out the fields properly for address labels.

Any help or advice is greatly appreciated!
