Hi! i am new here. I have used Crystal at other practices who already had the exam forms set up. Now I am on my own. The previous owner had Crystal put only used it for scheduling. I will start using it for patient records (cue scanning questions later).
Since I basically have whatever the product came with, how do I make the exam room information in a size i can see it and where it only shows where I enter SLE and DFE results only? Basically I want the exam screens set up with just history under one tab, vision under another, cls under another, and medical stuff under another. Does anyone have a place I can start? Someone to call? Thank you so much!

Crystal has pretty good records editing help. I would submit a support request thru Crystal. Also there are lots of youtube videos on records editing.
