We just made 10 more schedule types. I want them in alpha order. How does the software alphabetize them for me?

Crystal will not alphabetize them for you. Also, if you edit an appointment to try to alphabetize the list, the previous appointments will be changed. For example, if you edit New Patient Exam to Glaucoma, all of your New Patient Exams will switch to Glaucoma.
Unless you initially set up the appointment types in alphabetical order, it will be hard to re-order the list.
