There should be two different ways to see your appointments without the color bleeding through from one table to the second.
There are two. First for the kind of appointment the patient has eyeglass exam or contact lens exam. Second for confirmed, left message, missed, etc. The colors are bleeding over from the second to the first. These should be separate so that you can see what type (not too many contact exams in a row, time consuming) versus confirmations/unconfirmed. We usually double book against an unconfirmed patient as they probably won't show up.
These should be two different tables considering that you have to click or unclick Display Appointment Type.

Have you tried adding the appointment type to the display on your schedule? You can customize what information you want to display.
Go to Admin - Schedule - in the box schedule appointment text, click on the fields button. You will find everything you can add to the schedule here. For the appointment type, look for <type> and add that by double clicking on the item.
The standard setup I like is the following: Last name, First name (Age) - Type Primary Insurance
so it would be like this in the set up <-8>, <-10> (<-3>) - <type> <-29>
Be sure to save settings before leaving this page
That way, you can leave the color on by status of appointment instead of having to switch back and forth by status or type.
Hope that helps.

Is there a way to see the legend at the bottom for the schedules in anything other then daily view? I am trying to train 2 new people and explaining/remembering the different colors can be challenging to say the least.
