We have a good amount of patients who speak only Spanish. Our online registration forms are in English only. We have had those forms (along with our HIPAA and Financial Policy Forms) translated into Spanish and have been mailing them out to all of our patients who prefer them in Spanish. Then we translate and input them into the system when they arrive. It's very time consuming. We can get the forms added to our website in Spanish, but they will import in Spanish as well and still leaves us translating it before the exam. Does anyone out there have any advice on how to improve this procedure?
