Why does it don't tell us WHO sent us the task? I need to know who to kick it back to to fix errors... Yes show log. but that's one more friggin button to push and no guarantee that the person logged on was the person who sent it.

Unfortunately, Crystal would have to go by who was logged on to assign the task so if you can't trust that info, you are stuck anyway. It sucks, but at some point your employees have to be accountable for doing what they are told. Marcia
