Can we work on creating a special DYMO template that matches DYMO's Jewelry (30299) format. Those who use DYMO can you help?

In Europe the jewelry labels have been discontinued. For the United States you can find and purchase them in the following link. tinyurl.com/mdlyx98If you have installed the latest version of Dymo Label Software 8.5.1 you will also be able to select the template for this labels by selecting it on the Label tab. Do not hesitate to ask us if you have any question. ^CP

not sure if this will help, but I personally dont like having to use the DT390 tags from Arch crown. If you dont want heavy sticky residue left on the frames you have to use the slip on tags with the DT390. These plastic slip on things always fall off after they warp or get caught in patients hair. I got a sample on the way to try and use the DT391 tags that have a rat tail. I dont use a barcode scanner, so I am going to edit the fields that print on the tag and have it where my UPC number prints out on the front of the tag with the frame info. This way I dont have to use the DT390 anymore with those slip on tags. Im using the dymo labelwriter 450 turbo.

Works perfectly.

I would also like info on how to set up the DT391 to work with Crystal. I try to import the a Dymo label template into Crystal using the Edit Template feature, but it doesn't show up.
I know the DT390 works, but would like to use the DT391 which isn't that much different, except for orientation. (vert vs. hort.)
