We would really like to request that there be the ability to have EYEMED and MES insurance integrated for billing the way that VSP CLAIM is integrated in Crystal. (IE. When in the BILLING --> INVOICES --> at the bottom of the invoice page there is the VSP CLAIM button that sends the billing direct to VSP.) Would be so helpful to have this for EYEMED and MES as well! thank you for your consideration. JV

Afternoon,
At this time, it doesn't seem like this will be a possibility of doing so anytime soon. I've contacted EyeMed a few times in regards to possibly doing an integration, and have yet to hear anything back. If you have a contact for them, or MES. Please e-mail me their information at brandon@crystalpm.com, and I will be willing to talk to them about the possibility of doing so.

Brandon,
I contacted EYEMED insurance provider relations today and they asked me to send them some info about our office and the request for contact that you can use to work with. I will be sending them the request to hopefully help us with this integration.

Brandon, I spoke with EYEMED again last week - and they used to work with a company as a middle man to work with software updates like what you need to do - but as of the end of February we are all required to work from their EYEMED website for anything outside of the CMF1500 form.
