According to Kraig, When we pull a RECALL report and a patient that has a recall date for ANNUAL EXAM (say for March 2014); but also has a different type of scheduled appointment (ie. CL Check appointment for March 2014) - The reporting will NOT pull up this patient to receive their ANNUAL EYE EXAM recall notice.
I know there is an option for IGNORING ALL FUTURE APPOINTMENTS - however we also don't want to send recall notice/reminder IF patient ALREADY has an ANNUAL exam already scheduled!
Is there a way to pull a report so that even if a patient has an appointment (NON_Annual Exam) that they still get pulled for their annual exam notice/reminders, as long as they don't already have a future dated EXAM scheduled?
Thank you. Joanne

I think what we're looking for is a way to choose more than one appointment type under "Ignore all future appointments of a certain type", correct?

Yes, we'd like to ignore if they already have an EXAM (existing patient) bill code type of appointment already scheduled. This way we can pull the Annual RECALL report and ** NOT ** send to patients who already have an annual exam (previous patient) already scheduled. (WE don't want to ignore if they have OTHER types of appointments scheduled). Thanks. JV

Just checking if there is an update to this request (possibly scheduled update)?? Or is this something I can already do but not doing correctly on my side? thanks.
