Many of you may have noticed that starting last week that most if not all of your prescriptions being sent through Eprescribe are being declined. It looks as though they may have changed their mapping without informing ANYONE! You can view a thread on their forums with many offices discussing the issue: eprescribe2.allscripts.com/community/forums/p/1820/6292.aspxI have just escalated a support ticket with their technicians and am awaiting a return call. I will keep everyone up to date on the developments. I apologize for the inconvenience and we will get this resolved ASAP!

So the final word is that if you are having prescriptions declined with SureScript errors, you will either need to call or email Allscripts (800-877-5678 / eprescribesupport@allscripts.com ). They have also made a change so that a patient phone number is now necessary. In the past, Crystal would send the home number, and if that was blank no number would be sent. In the upcoming version, we will cycle through home, work and cell and send the first number available.
