FYI, I noticed new tutorials were recently posted on Crystal's YouTube channel about the new Time Clock, PQRS, Marketing and Medical Records Complete Status. www.youtube.com/user/TheCrystalpm/I'm not hearing any sound on any of them though. Marcia

It's so you can watch them late at night without waking everybody in your house up I don't think they are supposed to have sound as everything is noted with arrows or text.

I don't think they are supposed to have sound as everything is noted with arrows or text. Yes, but it helps to have sound to reinforce what they are pointing out. Plus it's really difficult (for me at least) to watch a silent video. It sounds dumb but the silence is actually distracting to me because it seems so foreign to have video with silence. IMO, even music would be better than silence. Marcia

The developer who created the Time Clock feature, Erik, is the one who did the video. Like most programmers, he's not a talker. However, with it being such a new feature, he was the one who knew the best way to use it. I'm sure we will create a new video in the future. In the meantime, open a second tab and turn on some Pandora.

It might be less of a distraction now that you know it's not supposed to have sound - it was probably worse that you were 'looking' for sound to go with the video! But I agree that it's nice to 'hear' the explanations.

I agree, it is a different approach and we are so accustom to everything having sound. One nice thing about the videos is that they do have a very good pace to them, everything flows nice and makes sense! I think that Erik did a great job on them and like Kraig said, it is great to have the new features explained by the programer.

I've gotta find some elevator music or something. Marcia
