With the latest update I see that they changed Never smoker...yada, yada, yada to: Never smoker (<100 cigs equiv)
Now it won't mess up print-outs, BUT you'll need to update online forms with the new option.

Every time they change that field it breaks or template connection to the ARRA tab. When patients come in that are already marked the old way we now have to change their status again to match the new line. Can the ARRA tab be made to accept "fuzzy" matching of smoking status labels? (ie typing "Never" into the template will register as "Never smoker (<100 cigs equiv)" on the ARRA tab?

I wonder if it would be possible for them to run a command in an update to edit the database to convert Never Smoker and Never Smoker yada, yada, yada values to Never Smoker (<100 cigs equiv).

Medicare is not recording e-cigs or chewing tobacco for Meaningful Use at this time. We did add chew/dip as an option for the doctor's benefit.
