Updated to 4.1.16 this morning. Our schedule is no longer displaying the correct appointment types. Sent an email to Kraig at Crystal to check this out. Anyone else having this issue? (Our schedule settings in Admin have not changed.)

We have pulled the 4.1.16 update back because of this very issue, the bug is currently being fixed and the update will be re-released.

I just saw the problem, it's not in already made appointments, it's the ones we are making today not showing correctly. Rolling back!

I called and they reset us to 15. It showed up as update 15 available (on my computer) but I didn't update right then. Then when I went to the server it said no updates available but all the computers had 4.1.16 and it still said 15 was available from my computer??? We weren't having a problem and I didn't want to mess up anything so I figured I'd wait for 17. Marcia

Marcia The problem, as we saw it, was no matter what we made an appt for (cataract post op), the appt type showed on the schedule as Comprehensive Exam. Thanks, Caitlyn, I think I will hold off until Monday on updating to 17....

On the screen it's showing up properly, but when you print the schedule the exam types and times are all messed up. Hopefully they fix this soon.

Today is the first we have seen of this and the poor doctor is so confused. It's only when we print. The type on the screen doesn't match the print out. This needs to be fixed ASAP.

I never print it out. I just look at the schedule. Just make sure you call them in addition to posting here to make sure they know about any problem ASAP. Marcia
