why did you all change the schedule block color to the same color as available? sometimes we will block out the schedule for when the dr is out for few hours or we need to block the schedule out for few hours for office meeting, etc the color block used to be just "pink" because we use the "none" in the drop down menu and now that is the same color as the available block so blends in and it doesn't "stick" out. can you guys please change it back

Funny - our "None" is now white used to be yellow which I liked better because it stood out more. I think it would just be nice to be able to customize the color of the "None" appt type.

have you guys been using template in the drop down? that is there for things like office meeting, block, out for conference.. etc. You can set the template color to your liking.

I just went in to rearrange the order of our appointment types and all of our appointment colors are all screwed up. I'm still waiting for a call back from Crystal to get this fixed. Did this happen to anyone else? You don't realize how dependent you are on those colors until they are gone!

Our reference chart for the colors shows different colors that what is actually on the schedule, so I've not messed with it. Our "NONE" (No Patient) used to be blue and now it's white. I would really like to rearrange the order of the appointment types as we have them currently listed, but last time I tried to do that (several months ago), it changed previous appointment types (Ex: what had been OCT came up as Lasik Follow up because I moved OCT above Lasik rather than below it). Has anyone been brave enough to change it with a more recent update?

I will NEVER change the appointment types order or delete any again. The one and only time I did that it changed all appointments shifting them up and there was no way to fix it other and to go appointment by appointment and change to the original type. Now when we no longer need a type we just name it "DO NOT USE" rather than deleting it. Nope, not brave enough!

Regardless, just back up before you try so you can always revert back if the shit hits the fan. Marcia

Just make sure you run a separate backup before you make any major changes to spare you a headache later! I set up the colors when I first set up the system and never changed a thing since. I also use templates a lot to take care of random meetings etc.

also how you change color of template go to schedule select daily view look at ey on bottom of schedule and double click on template Change to whatever color you want Side note-You have to have permissions in admin to change colors. I am assuming you are an admin. Speak to the admin to allow color change for schedules in your employee page if you are not. (it's just a check box)
