Yesterday I ran the confirmation report for December and it included an appointment that had been cancelled back in Sept. Can you please check whether something in the latest updates changed how the report pulls? It should not included cancelled appts. Also, will we ever be able to print cards with the next exam date/time on them? I have to type this in on every card I send for appt reminders. It seems that would be standard if you can include it in the report. You should be able to let the patient know when their appt is. I have requested this before, I'm sure others could use it also.

3 months later and not even a reply from Crystal on this issue. Again, I ran my Confirmation report TODAY and found a cancelled appointment for a DECEASED, INACTIVE PATIENT included. To send reminder cards, I have to manually input the date and time of next exam, because Crystal won't include it in the template fields, and I also have to check each of an average of 150 appointments to remove the invalid ones. This is very tedious, time-consuming and ridiculous for software which does log appointment dates and times. Why has this not been fixed by now? In addition, I would like the software to catch redundant appointments. In Officemate, when you started to make an appointment, if there was already a future appointment for the patient, it would give you a pop up. It would cut down on a lot of erroneous appointments and time spent on clean up.

For anyone reading this thread - per Marissa at Crystal, there is supposed to be a fix added to the list. Hopefully that means a fix to NOT include cancelled appointments in the confirmation report. No ETA
