Receiving following error messages when hitting the 'upload medical record' button:
Message: Please verify there is an active internet connection, and no firewall or spam filter is blocking www.crystalpm.net. (Our IT person verified there are no firewall errors)
Another message: Error finding database size. Please call Crystal PM----------etc.
Anyone else having these messages?

I have the same problem with you. Their website can not open too.

We are experiencing an issue with our web server today. No ETA as of right now, but we are working on fixing it. I'll update this post once I get word that it is fixed. Erica

When trying to run our Meaningful Use Report we got the error about the Firewall. Also our Meaningful Use report returns NO DATA. Is that also related to the web server issue? Thank you. Anne

If you are getting any error message about connection, firewall or cannot connect to Crystal web server, it is not in your system, it is related to Crystal's server. Check back here for updates from Erica when the situation is resolved.

As an update to everyone: after working through the night on the servers, our host has gone to pick up a necessary part (disk controller) and is in the process of installing it. Once that is complete, the process should consist of installing the new drive and rebuilding the database. We are hoping to have the system up and running around 12pm CST. I will update as I have more information. If you have any questions, please let me know.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and assure you we are taking steps to make sure this does not happen again in the future.

The technician at the Data Center has replaced the disk controller, and it is currently rebuilding the 4 TB drive. He would not give me a firm time frame on how long this will take, but he thinks it should be completed with the next 2 hours. We will let you know when we have any additional information.

I was just told by someone at Crystal it would be down until Monday because they are changing vendors for their server???
