Hello!
We just started entering staff name in invoices to monitor staff sales for our 2015 goals, but it's not saving the information.
1) Help!
2) Will we be able to report on this? Sales or billing codes by staff name?

Please verify that their initials are entered in the box under Admin - Employees. The initials are what will populate on the invoice.

An yes, the sales report will let you pull for individual employees.
Almost forgot, make sure that under Admin - Employees, you have it check to track individual sales under each employee.

Yes, the employee's initials are in their screen in the Admin section and we are tracking their sales... it's still not working. As soon as we save and go back in by editing the invoice the Staff member's name who was previously selected is gone. And when I try to look at the sales report it still doesn't show up...
?

Seems like a bug that Crystal was previously unaware of... but a really good function to have. Could the Crystal folks let us know when it will be fixed? Should be easy to test too...

Alright guys, here's what you need to make sure you have in set up in order for the invoices to show employee name/initial.
1. Admin - Employee page - make sure check box for track this employee's sales is checked. 2. Admin - Billing page - under a bill code - make sure check box optician/staff is checked.

Alright guys, here's what you need to make sure you have in set up in order for the invoices to show employee name/initial. 1. Admin - Employee page - make sure check box for track this employee's sales is checked. 2. Admin - Billing page - under a bill code - make sure check box optician/staff is checked. 3. when creating that invoice be sure to go ahead and select the employee before saving. that should do it. Thanks... #2 is the key... works now... but now gotta go through each billing code... but it works... is there any shortcut on applying to all billing codes rather than going through each?

Yes, you can. Print to file and edit them in Excel and then import back in.
**disclaimer, if you have your insurance fee schedule set up, this will wipe them out** so keep that in mind.
