Is it possible to make the NOTE or FILE Tabs turn green when there are actual items listed under those tabs? You do this within the records for the pictures. This would be very helpful in realizing that there was actually something there that we needed to look at.

im kind of new to crystal so can you explain to me what green tab that is in the within the records for picture you are talking about?

If you go to medical records tab, you will see some buttons on the top right corner - pics, letters, R slip.. etc. When you don't have any pictures or letters for this patient's file, it will stay blue. Once you store a picture or create a letter, it will turn green to notify you that there are existing files now for this patient.

Yes, color doesn't matter. Just having some way to distinguish that there is something in there would be great. I used to change the label font to bold in my program. Marcia

I can't change the font either. I'll just add an asterisk '*' if there is something on the tab. Look for it in the 4.0 release.
