Hello. Trying to find the field where the Spec Rx is in one field so i can send it to a word document without having to list out "(Sphere field)(Cyl field) x (axis field)". If i do that and the pt does not have cyl, the "x" will print out after the cyl field. I noticed there is a space/field before the Rx for each eye that stays blank unless u manually enter/click the sphere, cyl, or axis on the Srx tab. Is there a specific identifier for that field to send to a word document?

Field number 34 and 36 is what you're looking for. Keep in mind this will need to on your template for it to work properly. This field allows you to enter all data in one field and auto split on the final rx page into sphere, cyl and axis.
Simply type -1.00-0.75x180 for example.

Is there a way to autopopulate that given that I have separate fields for sphere, cyl, and axis without having to manually type the Rx? I have fields that link to SPRX 0,1,2 syntax for sphere, cyl, axis respectively. But i notice when that is transferred to the SRx tab, my Rx is in there, but that field before the OD and OS on the SRx tab remains blank unless i manually click on either of the sphere, cyl, or axis, then it populates in that blank before the OD and OS, which i assume is field 34 and 36? Can we get that to populate automatically for us in maybe an update?

In your word document, you may eliminate text when a field is empty. In your Edit Field window under Field Options, text that is entered in the "text to be inserted before" and "text to be inserted after" boxes will only be printed if that merge field is not blank. So you can put your "x" to be printed after the cyl power or before the axis power (but I would do before the axis, because then if you have something like DS or sph in your cyl value, you would not want an x after it, if that makes sense). This answer is from Erica when we had a question about mail merge documents.
