I know a lot of offices are coming up with this error more frequently when trying to add medications on the ARRA tab. As this is a government site, it sometimes has issues. More often than not, though, it is being blocked from the offices firewalls, either on that specific computer or through a router firewall. If this is something you are running into, please set your firewall to allow all traffic from www.nlm.nih.gov/. This should resolve your issues.
