I really like the fact that clinical summaries are uploadable to the portal. It saves paper and staff time. However, when I upload the clinical summary it freezes my computer and takes about 30 seconds to upload. It is really slowing my staff and doctors down. Is there any way to speed the upload? The obvious answer would be to upgrade my internet service for faster uploading. Any other ideas would be helpful. I would love to be able to upload the all clinical summaries with the records at the end of the day using the medical records report, it would be a lot more efficient and easy to assign.

I wouldn't bother upgrading your Internet speed. We went from 16 mbps download/3 mbps upload, all the way to 75mbps download/15 mbps upload and there was no difference in the speed of uploading clinical summaries. It helped with the nightly uploading of our server to an off site back-up, but didn't affect how fast Crystal worked. Just my 2 cents worth.
