Is it possible to add SECURITY features so that we can assign EDIT options for example to the PRETEST tab or other individual tabs within RECORDS so that SPECIFIC STAFF has access to edit what they need to edit BUT NOT DOCTOR RECORDS tabs? At this time, it doesn't seem right/legal (?) that it's All-or-Nothing to be able to edit. Staff members should be allowed to edit Pretest and Routing Slip tabs but not the tabs that doctors update. Or is this possible and we don't know who to do this? please advise. thank you!

Currently there is not a way to restrict an employee to access only certain tabs. In order to be compliant with HIPAA we log whenever anyone accesses or updates the medical record, including what they changed if anything. You should be able to identify and provide training for staff that are updating the records incorrectly or accessing information on patients that they shouldn't be looking at.
