You can use the diagnosis code description fields on the ARRA tab (or any med rec tab that has them) like a diagnosis search box. Just type in text that you want to search on and hit the F9 Key (NOT the F9 button). A list of ALL the diagnosis descriptions that contain that text ANYWHERE will display. Note: You have to select one of the items from the list so if none of them are what you want you will have to select one (or it will pick the first match) and go back and delete it to clear the field.
The attached screen grab shows the results when I typed cys into the diagnosis description field and hit the F9 key. Diagnoses including cystoid macular degeneration and several types of cysts and dacryocystitis are listed.
