Though you cannot bring back an invoice once it's voided. I love the fact that you can see "view" the voided invoice if you want to see it. side note: I'd also keep up with this on a daily basis - to prevent theft.
Run a daily report or multi day report and on the bottom you will see voided invoices: 3 (for example) - simply click on the # itself and it will bring up a list - double click on the patient name and you will be able to see the entire invoice!

Grace, as you said once an invoice is voided we are not able to bring it back, if that was a mistake made, how can we correct that? do we need to add another invoice

Unfortunately you have to re-create the invoice.

There is an option under Reports->User Log Report to track voided invoices

You can only unvoid a specific line item (in edit invoice), not an entire invoice.
