Can you make an update so that we know which records that we created that are still "open" that needs doctor to complete. sometimes day is busy and it be nice to see a list of all the patient records that day that I would still need to go in and complete. however I like the option that we have now were we can go in and "edit" so I would like the ability to "sign off" on a record but still keep the ability to edit it if I realized I need to go back to change something after I "sign off"

Just a suggestion - you can add a check box called chart completed to your medical record template. Once created, you can now check off the charts that are complete and done. You can now go and use our correspondence report and be able to pull all the records that are NOT checked as chart completed and now you can may go in and finish it.
Please let me know if you need instructions on how to do this.
Thank you, Grace with Crystal PM

Not a problem. You add a regular check box and may put it on any tab except the ARRA tab. Remember the field #. Now go to correspondence report and click on more, there you will see a check box called medical record field (uncheck that box), put in the date range of records you want to pull, put the field # (you can use the drop down or enter it in manually) and generate report. If you enter a 1 in the value box, it will give you all the records that have a check in the check box chart completed.
Thank you, Grace
